真剣に心配しているのですが、今回の総括が、

　1.水際作戦はおおむね成功
　2.神戸と大阪に一部侵入を許したが、拡大なく封じ込めに成功

こんな事にされたら、次は悲惨です。彼らが今回成功したのは、症例定義の硬直的運用による発見拡大の阻止だけです。今回の肝である、水際はザルである、柔軟な国内縦深迎撃体制の充実が必須であるを看過したら、次の担当者の首が飛びます。もっとも次の担当者ですから、今の担当者でないのが官僚的にも政治的にもカギかもしれません。
