Odd accounts and strange tales orbit around Shasta: Mt. Shasta, the Cascade peak that mesmerized John Muir, has long attracted mystics, metaphysicians and spiritualists. Now a researcher is seeking “stories and information” for a book on Bigfoot and UFO sightings.
