  最近、少量の血液を採取し、オゾンを吹き込んで血を「浄化」した上で体内に戻すという、「血液クレンジング」なる健康法が登場しているのだそうです。テレビでも紹介されていましたが、採取したどす黒い血液にオゾンを加えると健康的な赤色に変化するところが映し出されていました。老化防止や、ガン・糖尿病などの予防に効果があるということですが、正直言って極めてうさんくさく感じます。オゾンを吹き込んでも過酸化脂質やアルデヒド類などが増えるだけで、体に悪いことはあってもいいことがあるとは思えません。血が赤くなるのも、単に酸素を吹き込まれてヘモグロビンの色が変わっただけでしょう。"
