  もうひとつ慎重になるべきなのは、加害者の親への直談判だ。大津の事件では、加害生徒の親たちは、いじめの事実を全面否認している。いじめ問題では、加害生徒のほうが数が多く、ひとりで直談判に行っても多勢に無勢となる。 　「自分の子供がいじめの加害者だと思っている親なんていません。“うちの子はいじめていない”と反論され、解決に結びつかないケースも多いのです」"
