  marunouchi:

  大根葉をたっぷり使った菜飯おにぎり。
  釜揚げしらすとごま、塩昆布も加えます。
  味付けは醤油とごま油。
  そのまま食べても美味しいし、焼きおにぎりにしたあと鰹だしをかけてお茶漬けにするのもオツです。
